I’ve heard about paypal verification with a VCC (virtual credit card) since last year but never tried it myself since I don’t think I need another paypal account. However this morning I can’t hold it any longer when I see someone promote his VCC to verify Paypal account. I don’t know why I want to try it 
I bought the VCC for $6 and all done in minutes since I chat with the seller on Yahoo messenger, I got a 16 digit card number along with the expiration date and the CVV number.
I signed up on Paypal and submited the card number given as my credit card to verify my paypal account. When it’s done, the VCC seller -who hang out on the YM chat- gave me the 4 digit expuse number to verify. And viola, my paypal account is verified. All done under 5 minutes total.
I don’t know whether it’s allowed by Paypal or not to verify our account with a virtual credit card but it works. I don’t use the paypal account, nor have any plan to use it, and I’m not sure whether the payal account will remain verified, or Paypal will limit my account, etc.
I probably should make a further test like accepting small payment trough that PP account. I might try it later just to test whether it’s legit and save to do any transaction with a paypal account verified with a VCC, and see whether PP will limit the account or not, or other problems.
