Today is very hot here, even when the night comes the hot air still covering my town. It’s really hard to sleep well on this hot air. I don’t have an air conditioner on my room since I have a sensitive nose. So air conditioner is not an option for me.
I always have a hard time wih hot air, who doesn’t anyway? 
That’s why I put a cool ceiling fans wih me in my room. It is my best friend in this hot air, since the fans blows away the hot air and gives me some fresh air without giving me some freezing effects to my body (and my nose, especially). Yeah, ceiling fan is cool.
The good thing about ceilin fans is, it doesn’t disturb my sleep at night while they bring cool fresh air into the room. I never wake up at the middle o the night freezing nor have problem with my nose. It is because ceiling fan doesn’t lower the room temperature, air conditioner does. Ceiling fan will only circulating the air so the cooling effects will not really affects our body.
If you have a problem with air conditioner for any reasons, I really suggest you to get a ceiling fan. There are many brands and types of ceiling fan that might suit your need.
